Banana and Strawberry Smoothies

Very quick, tasty and healthy smoothie, the kids love them though they can lead to brain freeze as they like to call it!
2 ripe bananas
0.75 litres of apple juice
6 tbsp natural yoghurt
400 grammes of strawberries - frozen or fresh
Hand full of ice cubes if using fresh strawberries
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz well - that's it!!
