This honey-baked rhubarb is really tasty with natural yoghurt and muesli for breakfast.
Preheat the oven to 150C / gas mark 2
Put the rhubarb in an oven proof dish that's big enough to hold it in a single layer
Scatter the orange zest and pour in the juice
Drizzle the honey over and mix
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. It shouldn't turn into mush.
