NUA Naturals Milled Chia 45ml Water Directions Preheat oven to 100c. Mix the milled chia and water together and allow a gel to form (15 mins) Mix all ingredients, if the mixture is too dry add a little water. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the batter evenly and press until it’s about 1cm thick. Bake in an oven for an hour.
