This is going to be one of the best (if not the best) hot chocolate you will taste in your life. It's thicker and richer then the average hot chocolate made from a shop bought powder, and tastes so much better. It has no additives in it and is cheap to make.
We use cacao powder because it's better for you, but cocoa powder works just as well!
You can easily whip up a batch and store it in a jar on your shelf, making a drink whenever you fancy.
It makes a lovely Christmas present for your family and friends. Just pop it in an empty jam jar, decorate with a bit of ribbon and cloth and voila! It's cheap to make in bulk and you know they will certainly enjoy it!
Nothing beats a steaming hot mug of thick, rich hot chocolate, served with some marshmallows and cream on a cold winters evening. This hot chocolate is quick and easy and it is the best you will ever taste!
Put the dark chocolate in the fridge for an hour and the blitz it up until there are no lumps in a food processor
Add the rest of the ingredient except the milk, and blitz once more
Store in an airtight container or jar until needed

Try adding yummy extras to the hot chocolate once you've finished. Try marshmallows, an extra grating of dark or white chocolate or maybe some whipped cream. Feel free to experiment with different toppings
