Gluten Free Ginger Cookies

I always thought that gluten free meant funny tasting but these cookies have proved me wrong. My best friend's Mum can't take gluten so these cookies are one of the few sweet things she can eat. I had one at her house and thought that they were one of the nicest cookies I had ever had.

These are super easy and any kid (aged 9 and over) could do these pretty much on their own, even my younger brother or sister could! Obviously you need a grown up to help with the oven stuff.
