Another great recipe from Nua Naturals, these seriously healthy linseed bars use superfood ingredients. The kids also loved watching the chia seeds turn into a gel before mixing it all together.

Preheat oven to 100c.
Mix the milled chia and water together and allow a gel to form (15 mins)
Mix all ingredients, if the mixture is too dry add a little water.
On a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the batter evenly and press until it’s about 1cm thick.
Bake in an oven for an hour.
Slice into bars and store in an airtight container.
