Omelettes are one of our favourite dinner or lunches - cheap, quick, easy, healthy and delicious.

Omelette

 Eggs
 Salt
 Pepper

Break the egg into a jug or bowl - picking out any shell that might get in!!

Whisk with a fork and add a small pinch of pepper and a little salt if you want

Melt a little butter in a small frying pan - it needs to be quite hot

Add the beaten eggs to the frying pan

With a wooden spoon or similar, move the egg mixture around the bottom of the pan, getting the liquid egg to the bottom to help it cook quickly and thoroughly

When the egg has cooked through, take the pan off the heat and gently slide the omelette onto a plate, trying to fold it in half if possible

Repeat!
