Our daughter made us scrambled eggs on toast entirely on her own this morning for breakfast.
Break the eggs into a bowl with the milk and a little salt and pepper to taste - whisk thoroughly (I use a fork but a whisk is also works well)
Heat a saucepan and when hot add a little butter and let it melt
Add the egg mixture
Stir often breaking up the egg as it solidifies and ensuring it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan or burn
When all the liquid egg has gone serve up on slices of toast - buttered if you like - with more black pepper to taste
