Fraser cooks these super quick and chocolate cookies all on his own - perfect with a glass of milk!

Super quick chocolate cookies recipe

 100g butter
 100g castor sugar
 1 egg
 1tsp baking powder
 Small pinch of salt
 170g plain flour
 30g cocoa powder
 Generous hand-full of chocolate chips

Put all of the ingredients in a food mixer and pulse until mixed

Take a small amount of mixture and roll between hands to the same size of a small meatball

Place on a lined baking tray making sure to space them apart as they will spread out

Bake at 190c for approximately 8 minutes, be careful not to overcook

Place the on a wire rack to cool

To freeze mixture before baking

After step 1 above, grease a long section of clingfilm, put the dough on the clingfilm and create a long cylinder/sausage shape wrapped in the clingfilm

Pop the dough in the freezer

When needed, remove from the clingfilm, and cut into even slices

Place on a lined baking tray

Bake at 190c for approximately 10 minutes
